About Salary to Hourly Conversions
Converting salary to hourly helps compare roles, evaluate part-time work, or estimate freelance rates. This tool annualises the input amount (depending on the chosen period) and divides it by the total annual hours (hours per week × working weeks per year) to derive the hourly rate.
Common defaults (37.5 hours/week, 52 weeks/year) are used but you can change them to your contract values.
